Waterfront Place Mixed-use Development

The Port of Everett's Waterfront Place Central mixed-use development project creates a new waterfront neighborhood where people can live, work, shop, relax and be entertained. At completion, it includes new public gathering spaces of regional significance, up to 660 residential units, a waterfront hotel, 10 fine and casual dining restaurants, government services, and 662,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space.

The project is expected to generate more than $550 million in public-private investment and support more than 2,000 direct, indirect and induced jobs, and generate $8.6 million in additional tax revenue for local government agencies.

Waterfront Center

Office space now available for lease

The Port of Everett’s Waterfront Center is located in the heart of the Port’s 65-acre Waterfront Place development within the Marine Craftsman District. The 76,000 square foot, mixed-use building houses a variety of business offerings ranging from marine service, repair and retail, to office space and restaurants. The west side of the building provides direct access to the Port of Everett Marina, the largest public marina on the West Coast. The east side of the building provides direct access to the Port of Everett’s state-of-the-art boatyard facility.

While most of the building office, retail and marine shop space is currently occupied, there is about 3,000 square feet of office space available for lease.

Marina Village

The Port of Everett’s Marina Village is located at the southern-most end of Waterfront Place at 1728 W. Marine View Drive. The area was developed in the early-1980s and offers a unique waterfront collection of restaurants and businesses, including Anthony’s Homeport Restaurant, Anthony’s Woodfire Grill, Everett Clinic, Western Washington Medical Group, along with other retail shops. The area is in direct access to and in view of the Port’s South Docks, the largest of all three marina basins with more than 1,000 boat slips. Waterfront walkways and public plazas with picnic tables and benches surround the site.

South Marina Building

The Port of Everett’s South Marina Building is located in the South District of Waterfront Place, just east of Anthony’s Woodfire Grill. The two-story, 2,300 square foot building has historically catered to marine businesses and organizations that can take advantage of close proximity the Port’s South Marina, the largest marina basin of the marina with 1,000+ boat slips, guest docks and more. The building is also in close proximity to waterfront restaurants, hospitality and public access, linking into the Port’s 4-mile waterfront trail system. The building is adaptable to be used for a variety of retail or office purposes.

The building is currently fully leased.

Port Gardner Landing

Port Gardner Landing is centrally located between the Port’s Marina Village complex and the Fisherman’s Harbor district of the Port’s Waterfront Place. This area is managed and operated through a third-party leasehold, and features popular attractions such as Lombardi’s Neighborhood Italian, the Inn at Port Gardner and businesses including West Marine and office users.
