Heavy-Haul-Route

PORT ACCESS
All personnel entering/delivering to the Port of Everett Seaport must possess a valid TWIC Credential and an approved safety vest. No escorts provided. 


RECeiVING/DELIVERY

Receiving/Delivery Hours: 8 a.m. -noon and 1-5 p.m. Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Please arrive by 3:30 p.m. If cargo movement is desired outside these hours, please contact Walter Seidl at (425) 388-0626 or Paul Hagglund at (425) 258-8102 to discuss.

Break bulk cargo receipt and delivery is scheduled based on demand. Appointments are required by noon of the working day before the intended pick-up day. The only items that do not require appointments are in-gauge containers (no overheight, no overwidth), trailers towed out, and items that the drivers can drive onto their trailers without assistance.

If an appointment isn’t made or, required information isn’t available, it is likely, that service will be denied or delayed until others with appointments and proper information have been serviced. Please keep in mind that any extra cost - i.e. stand by, detention, re-working truck loads, dry runs, etc., are borne by the consignee/receiver.

Information required to pick up cargo; please arrive with a legible paper document stating:
  • Vessel Name and Voyage Number
  • Ocean Bill of Lading Number
  • Serial Numbers or Case numbers and identifying marks with number of items being picked up
  • Delivery Order or Trucker Short Bill Lading

Driver must have above information plus the following:
*All drivers entering the terminal  are required to have an approved Safety Vest & valid TWIC card.
* Safety Vests MUST be worn any time truckers are out of the cab.

  • Load plans
  • Truck driver must bring their own dunnage and/or cribbing
  • Cargo must be loaded to flatbed, step deck or double drop trucks.  All other types of equipment subject to inquiry

If the required information or equipment isn’t available, it is likely that service will be delayed until others with proper information and equipment have been serviced. Please keep in mind that any extra cost - i.e. stand by, detention, re-working truck loads, dry runs, etc., are borne by the consignee/receiver.

Exit #195 East Marine View Drive
Follow signs to Port of Everett 
East Marine View Drive turns into West Marine View Drive
Follow along waterfront (heading south) about 1.5 miles to Terminal Ave.
Turn right on Terminal Avenue overcrossing
Continue to Guard Shack for directions.

Heading West from Highway US #2 (from Wenatchee)

Take Exit to I-5 North toward Vancouver B.C.
Take next Exit #195 to East Marine View Drive
Follow signs to Port of Everett 
East Marine View Drive turns into West Marine View Drive
Follow along waterfront heading south about 1.5 miles to Terminal Ave.
Turn right on Terminal Avenue overcrossing
Continue to Guard Shack for directions.

Heading South I-5

Ext # 198 State Highway 529
Follow Highway 529 South to Everett 
Exit at sign on right to West Marine View Drive and Port of Everett
Follow along waterfront heading south about 1.5 miles to Terminal Ave.
Turn right on Terminal Avenue overcrossing.
Continue to Guard Shack for directions.
