Host an Event

Due to increased construction activity at the Port, consideration and approval of any new events may be limited at this time. New, high-impact events are not being considered between June 1 - August 31.

The purpose of Port of Everett public spaces is to provide public access, support Port business operations and facilitate community uses. In an effort to balance community access and private demand, the Port offers whenever possible, certain public spaces for community and private events when they do not overly restrict access by the general public or interfere with Port business operations. Port public spaces and facilities are also used to support events that spur local tourism to the waterfront and surrounding community.

Please fill out the form below to check availability of your desired public space and use date(s). Our team will reach out to you to discuss your inquiry. They may suggest alternate locations and/or date(s), and will provide information on next steps to begin full review of your event request.

Please note: this is not a Special Use Permit Application and filling out this form does not approve your desired reservation or public space/special event. This form will provide the information our team needs to determine if a desired use is compatible with the space requested and/or whether the desired date(s) are available. The Port's Special Use Permit Application is be required to be filled out and subsequently approved.
