Public Records

The Port of Everett is committed to public accountability and open government. As a special-purpose municipal corporation, it is the policy of the Port of Everett to make available to the public any and all identifiable Port records, subject only to the exceptions contained by law. This policy is guided by the Washington State Public Records Act 42.56 RCW. Resolution 1096 (2018) Port of Everett Public Records Policy. Resolution 1131 (2019) appoints the Public Records Officer.
